Associate Membership
I apply and qualify for an Associate Membership (or an extension of my current Associate Membership) to the PTOS since I am an individual interested in receiving the Journal and am not employed by or retired from the PTO.
I apply for an Associate Membership under the terms of:
$60/1 yr. for Domestic orders.
$70/1 yr. for Canadian orders.
$90/1 yr. for Foreign orders.
