I apply and qualify for an Associate Student or Associate Retired Membership (or an extension of my current Student Membership) for the PTOS since I am:

* An individual enrolled in a full-time program within the United States and am not employed by the PTO.
* A retired employee of the PTO who was a member of the PTOS for at least one year.
